Yep. Called my insurance towing people after waiting 2 hours...
"I'm sorry ma'am, we show no record of a tow truck being dispatched to you."
"What? Um... (trying really hard not to fall apart and say something about first, my chicken died then...) I gave someone in your office the address and they said they were going to get a tow truck out to me..."
"Sorry ma'am (again with the ma'am) where are you located?"
