No, but I don't work outside the home.
I have the grands a lot, dh works thirds, I don't sleep well and I hurt all the time in winter. So I nap when I have the chance and sleep in when I can.

been my strategy for more than thirty years now.... it catches up occasionally and I wind up sleeping 24 straight...

Wish I could....I do good to get a few hours at a time. I sleep best between 4 am and 9am. And naps are usually no more than an hour. Sometimes 2 if I don't have Jesse.
