Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

one VERY happy pile of news! Don't forget! Elephant dung is warm and is a fantastic fertilizer! :ya

Now that you have acknowledged it's existence, you can gather up all of the poo it has been leaving and grow some flowers! ! :wee

stay home. never leave home. Yeah! Problem solved! (I hear tell that you can even get your groceries delivered)

Eh.... it is cancer number 2 (he survived number 1, 5 years back)..... He has been in ICU now ever since his 12 hour surgery. .. December 16th or some such? He is still bleeding internally a bit... but that has slowed down  now the current big worry is that they still can't wean him off of the ventilator. :barnie The fact that he has been running a fever the entire time, and has post-op-pneumonia, and his kidneys almost failed but they are improving, and his heart keeps being unsteady... are no biggies at present (say the docs)

I am a wreck. :idunno
Talk about a roller coaster ride..and not the fun kind. Sorry you are having to go through all this. Parent sickness is really rough. I will be praying!

very few things more difficult in the world than watching a parent go thru something like this.
My mom also had 2 separate cancers. Survived the first for over 20 years. He is hanging in there, so you must also. :hugs

Headed for slumberland myself. I'm kind of disappointed I said I would sub for my running pal's Jr. High classes tomorrow, instead of staying home watching my chicks hatch! Priorities, priorities!

More hatching? I'm jealous.
