Yeppers, thats the one Unless ya got a good extractor system over your oven, I would not recommend it cos ya gotta get the oil smoking hot

I do the same with cornbread. But I won't be able to do it tonight cos I'm not firing up the kitchen stove. I can do the cornbread on the parlor stove next to the pot of stew..
Don't think I can do that with muffin tins..

Sounds good enough, to me Ever put savoury scones on a stew? Kinda makes a savoury cobbler - thats good too.
