Worst part of the four wheeler won't start and locked up......
.....I like that four wheeler..... But it had the worst carb on it...... Right now the motor is hydraulically locked...... So now I need to change the oil and filter and rebuild (without new parts)the carb because the float is stuck open..... Maybe the spark plug too.........

Nope that's a foot for your more probably 15 inches of ice...... Actually I just rolled my fourwheeler screwing around..... I was doing doughnuts and must have hot someone's old hole in the ice. I jumped off so it wouldn't till over me.... It's gonna hurt tomorrow..... And I want on little lake...... It was a lake called big shag...... Maybe some of you all can remember the story about the airplanes landing next to us a few years ago......I figure if they can land airplanes out here my trucks just fine......
Honestly I wouldn't drive in the ice if I didn't think it was safe..... I'm not the person you read about that loses their car under the ice.
That's usually the dummies that drive too soon or too late in the year..... And usually it's on one of the Great Lakes.
I told you all I'm not afraid of driving on the ice.

Nice..... I'm planning a trip to Munising soon..... There's place on Grand island called Murray's Bay...... It's Crystal clear water and fill of Jumbo's like that.....

So Al, shoulders back, head high & forget about what you are wearing. You are more successful than you realize! You are also envied, respected & loved by people that have never even met you in person. This is gonna be a great trip! Take the time to take lots of pix, splurge & enjoy every second of it!!!

stayed up until just past 1am last night packing. one kid hadn't actually packed as much as I thought he had.

We pared down... it will probably still be a squeeze in the car.. but at least it should. ... hopefully. ... be doable. It will only be a real pinch for the one week that 2 nieces will also be with us.

Almost in Anchorage. Found a stretch limo service that operates like a bus... it is taking the three of us up, as well as a couple who wanted to make a Costco trip.
