Holy Mackerel! Those are some healthy perch. Betting 95% of them are full of roe.

I have been sick since Wednesday, so I haven’t been in the same room as him since then. Quarantined to the basement. Friday I’d had enough so I went elk hunting and got a big cow, and I just finished getting it into the freezer! That’s a lot of cutting by your self!

stayed up until just past 1am last night packing. one kid hadn't actually packed as much as I thought he had.

We pared down... it will probably still be a squeeze in the car.. but at least it should. ... hopefully. ... be doable. It will only be a real pinch for the one week that 2 nieces will also be with us.

Almost in Anchorage. Found a stretch limo service that operates like a bus... it is taking the three of us up, as well as a couple who wanted to make a Costco trip.

I fell in a stupid pit. .. or something. ... I bought stuff.

I even got 2, TWO sets for kid #3! (3 and 4 are coming with me). Kid 3 got a tux and a suit! It was a super sale.....

Kid 4 is slumming... he is just 11, almost 12... so he just gets to wear an old suit jacket. I didn't buy him an outfit.
