Well I’m still alive. I bought 8 ducklings at TSC this week. I didn’t get kicked out either. But it’s @Miss Lydia s fault. I told her how proud I was of myself for only going to get feed and ignoring the ducklings that I knew had been in the bin for over a week. Plus they were only $2 each. Then she informed me that I should have went back to buy them because chances were someone would be getting them for Easter and find out how much work they are and dump them or not take good care of them. So I started feeling terrible. And a couple days later, whaddya know they are still there. So I bought all 8 Pekins for $12 (total of 10 ducklings at the moment). Now no half thought out Easter presents for these guys! Plus it gives me a valid excuse for duck math. Did I mention I’m incubating 12 eggs too?

Oh Jana!:lau:lau:lau:lau

Cayugas and Pekins are so food motivated it’s funny. I love them both. Now I’m going to have to figure out what I’m going to do with all of them...... I scooped poop for an hour yesterday between all my animals.:th

Hey any time we can help with "duck math" I am always up for that.:p @CayugaJana is my hero for rescuing those lil ones. :thumbsup

AL!!! NO FAIR! YOU HAVE DIRT!!!! (love your goaties :love)

Nice crispy -3 F right now but we can see the sunrise and it should warm up to +20's by pm.
Just saw the weather report. They have the worst to go just to our south meaning if we took our roadtrip we'd be driving right into the worst of it, so, nope nope nope. They still have us in the 9" of snow which means we'll probably get another 12. Oh well, at least we're prepared for it. This keeps up and we might need to rethink the whole living out our days where we are thing.

Perchie, thinking of you this morning and sending a little prayer your way :hugs
Same to all my Pondites that are healing from injuries and still battling health issues today.
A small prayer for all and your critters too
