I love Mustard when its blooming... hate it when it dries up....
When its about a foot high you can harvest it and cook it up with some salt pork......... One time while out for a ride I filled my jacket all zipped up and tied it on the back of the saddle. Brought it home and Cleaned it and cooked it up.... I was about sixteen at the time. Mom and dad loved it. It was a bit stronger than store bought but much better because there was "meat" to it.

I don't know what it is. It isnt that powdery pollen tho.

Yep mustard Weed.... but its edible just like garden mustard....
I dont think you can make Mustard the condiment with it though.

Ok, i am still over 200 posts behind! Went to the dermatologist and had a little circle biopsy removed so i get the report in 2 weeks. They must be busy! Very nice PA, didn't hurt me at all. Also had 3 lesions frozen off.
Then shopping all day, got great deals, $3.35 for rose bushes in bags at Walmart! Score!
