Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

:hugs Ha...probably don't want all of them to return. Today one of the girls from work slipped and told me that my employee that had brain cancer passed away in Feb. :hit
Doc said the 5-6 weeks prior to the accident will likely never come back completely. He said that's due to the proximity to the accident and because he believes I must've had some traumatic chit go on then. Near as he & I can tell, I don't have any memory of anything after Feb 14th. Part of me is glad those memories aren't coming back.

 I have a sense of humor? :fl

Well lovely Shaw, looks aren't everything so good thing I have funny to fall back on.
Luv ya back! :hugs

So sorry, hon... :hugs :hugs
Yep, February was not a good month... hang in there and just keep going.... :hugs

Egg update...
4 of the 6 goose eggs have baby geese wiggling around in there...:celebrate

Of the 42 chicken eggs, 1 was clear, 2 quitters and 3 not looking good. Those I will check again in a couple of days. The rest are all full of of wiggling baby chicks! :wee
:woot :clap:yesss:

I had my 6-week check today. He gave me the okey dokey to go back to work on Monday. I'll admit - I was kind of hoping he would suggest I start out with half days. Nope, back to work with no restrictions. My student will be happy (I think). He's been keeping track on his calendar, crossing off the days until I'm back. (I don't know why. His subs are a lot more lenient with him...)

We had to go to the "big town" where my Dr.'s office is located today instead of seeing him locally because he wasn't in town this week. While we were there, I bought some mini-bungees and some canopy ties to hopefully use to make my MHP. Poor DH is a little stressed. I keep trying to explain to him what I'm wanting to do, and he just can't understand. (We have that problem ALL THE TIME. He just doesn't think like I do... :gig) So, I'll have to actually show him pictures so he can figure it out.

Sounds like all went well for ya! Well, except for having to go back full time from the get go...:hmm
Hopefully DH will get it!:fl

Seriously, tell me you don't think this is unique to your relationship. After 54 + years I am still baffled by the Princess. It's just the normal way. :idunno

Been waiting for you to show up; have a curiosity question. Buff Orpingtons are highly regarded as broodies, but you don't hear the same about the other colors of the same breed. Why is that?
