kids said they would move the bantams around... so I have only pure Ameraucana hens in the one coop. ...

bet I go down to zero blue eggs...

bet all the blue eggs are from cross bred pullets

I am ..well... and that those 18+ beautiful blue eggs in my incubator are MUTTS!

Blue egg laying mutts sell well..... sell the blasted chicks.... sell the chicks. ... money is good... smacking your head against a wall hurts and is bad...

Sorry... not listening... I am slightly sick.... it makes me grumpy

Maybe there's a market for blue egg layers, more so than a breed? I'd buy them if you were closer. Although DH would probably love an excuse to go up there around mid-July to pick some chicks up. Not sure we could get them through Canada on the way home, though... I don't sell my chickens, so I'm OK with my mutts. I'd be thrilled with blue-egg laying mutts, though.

(at least I THINK she is a mutt.... need to stick her and a second 1 that looks just like her into cages for a day... see what color eggs they lay... maybe they are pure d'anvers ) I can't remember anything, and I was NOT hit by a car.... as far as I remember .

Maybe I should go to bed..... everyone else went to church ... I stayed home... Eldest child that wants to be a priest was up being reader... then 30 minutes after the service started left the service to go throw up.... he is now home... had to give water to the goats.... and is now thinking of eating rice and then going to bed.

Here he is at the reader stand before the start of the afternoon service.
