Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

That's pretty neat!! Love when kids are crafty! :)

Oh I love these types of stories! Well done, man, well done!!
I have had quite a bit of help today as well. All three "boys" helped me get the coop upright and new legs underneath - then they chicken wired a temporary holding pen and helped distribute some nice grass hay to the coops.
Side-by-side hard work = my love language :)
Mine, too! He's not a flowers and candy kinda guy (although he will occasionally buy me flowers and during the summer will pick them when he finds some that he knows I'll like), but is willing to help me with whatever hair-brained project I come up with.

It's hard for me to even wrap my mind around snow right now as we are getting the very windy, but warm and muggy, remnants of the tropical storm. Sorry your spring is being so reluctant to make an appearance!

Hey friends! It’s been a long time! Wanted to say hi and show you my very first time incubating eggs! The humidity has been the pitts!
This evening is day 4! We will see!

I love that! :lau

Yeah, that could do it...

Does it usually get very warm there, though? Like over 80? Last summer we had a couple of weeks of hot and very humid weather. (Well, it was here where we live - we were in Alaska basking in 72* weather at the time.) It can be anywhere from 70 to 100+ in a matter of days. Sometimes it's humid, sometimes not.

Not with 95% humidity. :sick

yea, we can hit low to mid 80's in for a week or so in July normally but last year it was in June. On the other side of the coin it is not all that rare for us to have frost at least once in every "summer" month and we almost always have a hard freeze along with several days of frost the last week of May/first week of June depending on when the full moon occurs.
