This must be a different daughter than the one expecting. I cant picture the baby daddy in the gender reveal pix wearing skinny jeans. He looks like he will grow into a manly man.

My dads sister called me today. She told me my great grandmothers house is for sale (again). This is the house that I used to spend all of my summers & holidays in when I was a kid. This is the house that was owned by an eccentric, silent movie star & was quirky to the extreme. This is the house that made me want to be a country girl rather than a city girl. This is the house that I actually left the city for. This is the house that I lived in when I met my husband. This is the house that I moved back to after we got out of the military. This is the house that we spent some of our most starving moments as a married couple in. This is the house that my dad had to sell because his siblings spouses wanted the money & he was out numbered. This is the house that broke my heart & forced me to move onto the broom. This is the house that haunts my dreams almost every night where I dream that I'm standing outside & not allowed to go in. This is the house that has been bought & sold & redone 3x since I moved out 20yrs ago. This is the house that is now unrecognizable in the relator photos. This is the house that broke my heart all over again today.

How'd you manage that? Forced off the road into a leftover snow bank? Swerve to avoid a busload of kids? Spill hot coffee in your lap?

I crashed my fender into a pole in my yard.... the pole wad one of my old poles for my 18kw wind generators I used to have.... unfortunately I cut them at a height that I could not see it..... when I was turning around in my yard. But that's the first dent I put on one of my vehicles in years.... is usually someone else wrecking my stuff

I've not heard of any of these country stars.... except Willie Nelson....I pretty much only know the old school country stars..... and even then my knowledge is limited...

It's Liz's birthday today. She's been expressing interest in learning more about her birth family, so we found a few of her siblings (I think the bio mom had 7 - all removed from her custody and from different dads). We also found bio mom, but she's kind of a scary character and L doesn't really want to deal with her.
We have had the "go very slow when you make contact, don't give your phone number, address, or where you work" conversation.

Dang..... her bio mom sounds like my sister in law...... except she had 10 kids and 9 were taken away.... and all the daddy's were carnies (spelling?)...... seriously can't make this crap up.
Carnival people are a different sort..... but not all bad...... but yeah her situation was bad....I have no sympathy for her either. She's never worked a day in her life. Always has some type of go fund me page going...... right now she needs a car.... last time she called us she wanted to borrow 2 grand for furniture.....
