Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Dang..... her bio mom sounds like my sister in law...... except she had 10 kids and 9 were taken away.... and all the daddy's were carnies (spelling?)...... seriously can't make this crap up.
Carnival people are a different sort..... but not all bad...... but yeah her situation was bad....I have no sympathy for her either. She's never worked a day in her life. Always has some type of go fund me page going...... right now she needs a car.... last time she called us she wanted to borrow 2 grand for furniture.....

Ugh.

I find it fascinating how the dude In this band can do that gravelly voice and then just turn it off and sing beautifully!

I love her voice!
Before we moved, I mainly listened to our classic rock radio station. Hubby is pretty much straight country, and the best radio station in this town is country, so that’s mostly what i listen to now. We have a semi-decent oldies station, but they play some stuff I don’t like too.
But there’s nothing like good old Styx, Journey, Foreigner, REO, etc. :)

:highfive:
A bit of Fleetwood Mac!!! :celebrate

Now that's humiliating. Unfortunately, I was in the same situation when I tore up the side of my truck on my trailer while I was paying attention to the clearance on the other side.
I know....I back in and out of my yard every day...... never hit them before.
Guess I'll cut them the rest of the way or put a flag in them.
I keep them coz the wires go directly into my house and I still want to put up my solar panels some day.....

Ugh.

Journey! :love

Ya That girl has amazing vocals. Some of their stuff is too much growl for me but I don't mind it when it's just kind of in the background like it was in that song.

we had a carnie in our family.... She rode a motorcycle in a cage.... Nice people give the shirt off their backs.... settled here in a place called Dictionary hill. Back in the 1800s an encyclopedia salesman gimmic... Buy a set and you get an acre of land free in San diego.

They couldnt have children so they fostered like crazy usually ones that were physically challenged.... or had medical needs.
