Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

That’s great. I’ll give it while to warm up and have a go at doggy paddling over to that lilly you mentioned.
Constrictors, I’m fine with, it’s the water moccasins I’m worried about.
Water Moccasins in Spain! Never thought of that possibility.

A girlfriend of mine had her finger broken by a monkey. She was leaning out of a train window buying a drink from one of the vendors on the platform and a group of monkeys were (apparently this happens with every train that stops there) running along the roof trying to grab whatever they could get their hands on.
See. .monkeys are dangerous!

NO! Don't leave us; unless you wanna break some hearts. Just wouldn't be the same w/o you :(
Oh, I wasn’t planning on leaving the Pond! :hugs (But it’s nice to know I’d be missed. :)) I’ll just have more time between Christmas and spring to read other posts and get myself in trouble by answering some. ;)

@room onthebroom i have to disagree with everyone. Don’t do that to yourself at this time of year. :hugs

@BYC910 sorry I missed ya brother. :hugs I was bored and watching old Law & Order episodes, when I coulda been catching up with you! :he
Maybe you should start a petting zoo with all those animals and charge admission. They can sign up when they pay for a daily bonus of whatever the dog drags in. :gig

@sourland I have a clear mental pic of Princess’s face while you were describing your new indoor chicken coop. It doesn’t look like an “ok” to me. :lau

I’ll wander around BYC more as the winter wears on.

Same here. Some days it’s hard to run back to the Pond fast enough!

@Shadrach we keep a row of chains on one side of the Pond for times when it gets a bit sticky out there in the rest of BYC land. They get used quite often, but there are still usually some open, if you ever need to run for cover. :)

I'm more of a stand my ground type................I get run down a lot:p
Still, If it gets too bad and I'm running, I might just make the leap to that lilly next to Sourland.;)
