Hello, Pond!
Well, the snow has started. We've got about 2" right now. The weather guessers are saying we could get 13-17" with 50 mph winds tomorrow. I'll believe it when I see it. The birds must be believing it - my feeder has been very busy today. I do have the chickens and horses all watered and fed, and the hatches are battened downs as best they can be. I'm warm and cozy, and we have plenty of food in the house. So, bring it on!

Had a good visit with the in-laws. Everyone enjoyed the day. And it was warm, pretty day to boot!

Well I didn't sleep last night a wink..... Asthma and pain again..... Am so tired tonight I will sleep... If not it will be sleeping pill time.
Wife tells me we are getting, 12 to 24" of snow starting any minute.... So I guess I'll be plowing tomorrow.
Hope it was a great holiday for you all....
Went ice fishing today... Used my new Auger with my drill Today...... worked great.
Fading fast.... If I don't last you all have a wonderful evening

You got a model kit?? That’s awesome! What size?

Our old neighbor, before we moved where we are now, used to build model planes. He has some large scale ones that he put motors in and all. He always told the boys they would go fly some, but I don’t think they ever did. But SS worked on a couple with him. My jaw just dropped, looking at them all.

This isn't a RC model, just a little thing. Its too little actually. Its a 1:72. I need it slightly bigger than that so I'll trade it in for a 1:48 I think. I have a J3 Piper Cub that I did a few years ago & cant remember what size it was. This corsair is so small the piper cub dwarfs it, which would be ridiculous. I think I'll bring the J3 into the hobby shop with me so I'll be sure the new one is the right size. I cant return it or put it together till after the new year, but I'm sooooooo excited!!!
