My biggest concern with chemo is the collateral damage to healthy organs & what it'll take to get them back to where they belong.

My brother, who was eaten up with cancer in the lungs, lymph nodes, kidneys & brain, and maybe liver, too, lost his battle yesterday morning. Just 61 in February. Only two of us left now; me & the youngest sister, coming 65

Yeah.... Somewhere around 300" of snow.... Plus I was walking around on snowshoes shoveling all winter with a broken hip.
Got the new one a few weeks ago.... Much better. Even with all the pain from surgery it's a100x better.

Wow! Incredible! So sorry about the hip! Sounds like surgery was successful - I hope your recovery is swift!

Surprised he made it as long as he did. Refused chemo. Docs told him he wouldn't last long. We're just happy he's home & out of pain; his was a tough road.

Hulk and his lady’s. Man he sure is a giant. I know he’s big but goodness he just looks giant. He weighs at least 15lbs if not better. In with him are two red ranger Australorp crosses, an Australorp Wyandotte, two, 3/4 Leghorn 1/4 RIRs, an Australorp, 5 EEs and the reason he’s in there, a freedom ranger from our batch of chicks a few months ago.

See the one to his right with her tail sticking up? (The buff one) that’s the ranger. He even makes her look small and she dwarfs the other hens!

Well I just put him in about 3 days ago so in about 2-3 weeks I’ll try.

I feel sad when I've read a few post here that call the man a "donor" or as in this case she fired her police man husband...I get it. To some degree. But I've been with my wife since we were kids.... In mean really kids.
When we moved to the, U.P. she was still only 15.
I'm just saying some people may have had bad marriages.... Mine is at the moment.
But I know it'll come around eventually.
The first couple decades we're great.... Then came the years of alcoholic distopia.... But I have big shoulders and can take the weight of it all. As it slowly heals...... Just saying.
We aren't all bad.

Her kids were grown and in college and living away from home... Her husband was polinating anything he could.... so it was time to go...
