Welcome to my pond - Swim, wade, or sit on the bank

Hummmmm

Started feeling a bit funky Friday night.

But...but....but... I am still in that "I feel like I am about to come down with something" stage verses full on sick.

I have no idea... i will think about for another day or 2.. see what happens. :idunno
Seriously - just get the test. It may only ever present as “I feel like I am about to come down with something.” At least you might be able to let Kid 3 come home some day if you don’t have it.

I will consider it.

Come on now. Is our noble crane turning into a chicken? Only a few people actually get really sick. Many are so mild they never knew they had it til they test positive for the antibodies. For your family you really need to know if you're infected or not. Besides, we need to know if we have to sterilize the pond!!! Think of the poor python!!!😁

But then... at what point do you become a carrier? :lau

Way too difficult for me to figure out!!

I got tested, it's really not horrible. Not fun since you do have to have a nasal swab, but not horrible. You just get tested whenever, there's no time frame or anything that you have to get tested during.

When I got sick, I just went the first day I had symptoms. Got results the next day (wasn't Covid).

Spouse has voted... I am to get tested at the end of my quarantine....

Have to quarantine anyway, even if it came back negative... and if I wait until day 14, I will also know if I am safe to reenter society.

@Pyxis Yep, about the test, it wasn't that bad. ... I had to have 2 so I could get my colonoscopy (same nurse each time, but the first time was "fine" second time was oh GOOD GRIEF!!! No wonder some people think they are shoving a tracker up there!!!! No idea why the same nurse was so different. Seriously, the second time my nose was uncomfortable/ a bit sore for the rest of the day!) ... . ....

but they don't like people taking the test repeatedly.... so I think taking one on day 14 is most logical, and hopefully means that will be the last one I need to take.

Not a chicken thing... a practical thing. :idunno
