This was Iowa son's graduation. We also spent a day looking at potential living places for him in Sioux Falls SD (his school was pretty close to the Iowa/SD border).Waaaaaaait a minute...
Why flying? Did you have to fly for the graduation? Where was it?
The area was "closed"- no flights, no people - really clean. It was a little sad to see how many flourishing businesses on the International side of that airport were shuttered. We came through on Thursday as well, so it wasn't just a Sunday thing. I think out of that whole area there were probably 2 open restaurants and 1 "shop".I do this every time I leave Oregon.
