We had had an early birthday party ya see..... so..... uh.....





I will be paying for years, and years.....

Oops. Can you throw some pseudo-fancy thing together and tell spouse you just needed an extra day to prepare for such a special occasion?

I'm sorry. It's so hard. 12 years. You're amazing in having taken such good care!

I can’t take credit. We’ve had tons & tons of them pass on over the years, but they’ve always done it on their own.

Oh man. That’s terrible. I’m sorry I laughed.

Every year I think, “This will be the year I forget our wedding anniversary.” I have to exert huge amounts of energy to remember & now that the kids are older I tell them to make sure I don’t forget. DH would never, ever let me live it down.

You said you celebrated early, right? So at least there’s that.

We did have an early party, so we could have it with all 5 kids....

So we had the party, HUGE present... and I thought I was done.
