This one came out perfect should have never tried the other
Japanese Cheese Cake

4 eggs separated

Whip whites till standing

350 oven

Then whip yolks add yolks then cream cheese

This is where I add vanilla or other flavor.

1 can condensed milk

Fold in egg whites

Use the parchment paper on the springform pan place a foil skirt on the springform pan

Place pan in a glass baking dish same size use hot water

Bake 45 minutes

E spent all day with the weed whacker (string trimmer, weed whip... there are so many names for those things) yesterday. He got about half the property finished. It's drying out here quickly and we have already had our first red flag fire danger warning with wind gusts up to 50 mph and humidity in the single digits. So, all the grass must go!!
