I hadn't been checking in, just saw this.

I haven't seen it again since I sent that message, which she never did bother to reply to. Oh well, if I don't see it again, I will count it as resolved.

It's that stupid muscle spasm thing that happened - I still haven't fulled healed from it. But I do start physical therapy on the 31st so hopefully that helps!
 
Fried Cabbage
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 slices bacon, cut into thirds
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1 head cabbage, cored and sliced
  • 1 white onion, chopped
1 pinch white sugar
  • Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat; add bacon and season with salt and pepper. Cook until bacon is crisp, 5 to 7 minutes.

  • Add cabbage, onion, and sugar; cook and stir continuously until cabbage and onion are tender, about 5 to 10 minutes.
