What breed are those again? And how often do they go broody?

They're American Games. The rooster isn't the best representative but I got him free from a friend and he seems to be throwing nice chicks.
This hen hasn't gone broody this year, she went broody twice last year though.

Good morning Pond rare form today.
Made my mcmuffin for breakfast.
We will not break into the 70's, 68 will be the high.
Sun just broke out here.

Some flies have made it into my bedroom.



I do have screens up! I am happy though, that we are warm enough for flies.

Christmas 1993 we had a ski trip planned. Christmas eve, 5/7 of us children were down. Christmas morning, all nine of us were sick with the flu. My mother started making us clean up each other’s vomit. It was a bad Christmas. Needless to say, we didn’t go on our trip.

We had one Christmas... we didn't have a trip planned... but we couldn't celebrate Christmas until almost 2 weeks late.

I can't remember any more how many of us were down. But we sure were sick!
