I am so sorry! How heartbreaking.

Mom has been abandoning the nest frequently so I took the remaining eggs that were cold and put them in an incubator as well as put a little hole on side where the air sack is for the ones that had internally pipped. This was a personal decision after knowing that they had been pipped for a while.

Hopefully as expected (by the medical professionals, not necessarily your expectations because I’d guess you’re thinking things should be getting better faster than they are.) Bride went back up to Anchorage. Something about wanting to be with her new husband. She was here for 3 weeks. Did I mention how nicely she cleaned and organized the pantry?

Anyway... I am constantly worried I have overdone it.

Towards the end of last week I think I pulled on some of the stitches... I don't think I tore anything out... but I wasn't good.

Anyway, I am trying to be better. It just is incredibly difficult to do zero.

She is nice gal to help you! We have a mess in ours right now getting the old water tank replaced.
You do have to take life easy just now be very cautious for yourself.

Now for the rest of it - you do realize that if you overdo it too much, or pull stitches, or anything else to set yourself back, it’ll take that much longer for you to recover, right? Stepping down from my soapbox now…
