Cool.
I'm a Personal Chef.
I mainly cook healthy home cooked meals for busy people who are tired of eating out or tired of "box food" and don't have time or skill to cook for their family.
My speciality is "soul food" because I grew up in Alabama but I lean tward Hawaiian Fusion when I do have an occasion that requires fine dining like birthday, anneversary, or valintine's dinners for two. People really like having meals prepared in their own kitchen and served in the comfort of their own home.
I had a client in May, I think, had me cook a birthday dinner for he and his fiancee, They ate in their robes and scurried off up stairs while I cleaned up, took my check, and locked the door on my way out. In September I got a letter from the girl with an ultrasound in it with the words "Thanks, Bill, Alicia, and baby." written on the back.
My wife, who was already giving me the stink eye for receiving a letter in female handwriting, Snatched it up and asked, "Just what the HEXX are these Personal Chef SERVICES anyway??"
