Beautiful birds. Yes, it's possible for them to drink that much water. Mine drink a lot of water.

Water, it seems like all I do is fill waterers. Birds drink alot of water especially when its hot. They will drink water to cool themselves down. Mine drink so much they poop water & occasionally throw up water.

Why not get additional water containers. Use the old one you said you took out as a backup and have it sitting around also until the heat tapers off.

I have 6 birds and I only have to refill every other day....BUT I have a gallon water in the coop, a kiddie pool in the run and a PVC 5 gallon waterer in the run so there is way more than they could ever drink in one day.
