I think we are done, except adding a gutter to collect rain water. Just installed the solar powered motion sensor lights tonight for our convenience and to deter night time prowlers. I’m impressed with the light they give after just one evening of setting sun and the low cost (about $35 for 4 lights including tax/shipping).

Nice setup! Where did you get the lights? I was just thinking of adding some as we had something prowling around last night.
 
Looks good but some animals do get accustom to the lights coming on. I know foxes and dogs do over about a month.
 
I think a coop is just like your home ...the work on and improvements to are never truly done. I said it was done and low and behold I've made 3-4 changes to it and NOW some shows me solar lighting...now for another improvement lol. You have a very nice looking coop congratulations and happy chicken keeping.
