Well my hen Becky, I think is a Bucky

The buff looks to have pointy feathers around the neck...and looks like he is getting some rooster looking saddle feathers too.
I'd say he is a boy.
 
If you don't have a rooster, sometimes the dominant hen will take charge, sometimes egg production will drop, she will crow, and sometimes even try to mount the other hens. Getting a rooster will usually solve this issue, but if you don't want a rooster you will have to put up with it or get rid of the hen.
She/he definitely has those behaviors, we do have one other rooster she/he goes head to head with a lot but they actually do really well.

They are still young...wait til they hit maturity..they will most likely be fun on fighting.

She/he is getting some curly looking tail feathers... I was always wondering but when she/he crowed I definitely started to contimplate if she was a he
 
Definitely a cockerel with that much comb and wattle development at 9 weeks. This is my 17 week BO pullet.
