I don't want to be the one to bust a bubble, but if you haven't used an incubator before. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO HATCH expensive eggs first. I see you have chickens already, hatch out 3 hatches of your eggs before taking on any bought eggs. What I am tring to say is, learn how to use the new bator first. I have seen to many people buy a new bator only to not learn to use it. Incubating is to much fun not to do it, but it can be heart breaking too. Enjoy the new toy and I hope you hatch many eggs.

Thanks Everyone

A friend wants me to hatch out 20 chicks from my eggs (they want some BOs and RIRs) (the RIRs chicks will be mixed with Buff Orpingtons, I have one I hatched out in Sept. with a broody and shes BEAUTIFUL)

panner123 - Thanks for the info, I understand... as of right now I'm not planning on buying eggs to hatch, I'm just going to hatch eggs from my own chickens... maybe later down the road I want something different.

I hope I can do this successfully
