Do you know how old he is? He still looks like he has a lot of puppy in him. He also looks like he will not be a large GSD like many of the oversize GSDs you now see in the US. My 2 year old male Chance is at the bottom end of the standard at 24" high and about 65 lbs (we have to work to keep weight on him).

The breed standard for a male GSD is ~ Weight 66–88 lbs & Height 24–26 in
