I would call Welp and ask if they include BB turkeys in there assortments. Most hatcheries do not. I have never recieved even one BB turkey in any assortment. If you do not want to call then just place a order with one of the other hatcheries. Everyone has a assortment for a discount. Warning!!! You might fall in love with turkeys, even the mixes.

Cackle also has a assortment for 15 for $105. http://www.cacklehatchery.com/turkeypage.html Turkeys can be used to fill the minimum order of 15 chicks (standard size chick, peafowl chicks and rare breed chicks), can NOT be used to fill the minimum for Bantams and guinea orders (turkeys too big and smother smaller birds).
