Welsh Harleguin Rouen Cross?

I did a search before posting this, but nothing popped up. So, does any believe you can cross WH's with Rouens?

No reason why you couldn't. The ducks sure won't have a problem with it.

Only larger breeds that can not cross are anything x Muscovy. Or at least their offspring will all be sterile.

I wonder though what a Harlequin x Rouen would look like. Anyone hatch any?

I had a runner welsh harlequin cross. It was mostly white with a brown head and some brown splotches.

I just hatched one last tuesday. It's a male and looks like a rouen but has a little golden hue to his face, his belly has some white blotches on it, Black bill and legs, and his second line under his eye is already almost gone. I'm very curious to see how he turns out

Following this thread. I am guessing this is what my ducks are. I was told they were Welsh Harlequins but they looked more like Rouens as ducklings. Now they look like something inbetween...?

Thanks! They are 16 weeks old now and still no color changes, plus all three of them quack loudly at me so thinking I got three girls. (I got them primarily for eggs, so how lucky is that!!)
