Welsh Harlequin Duck egg. Day 35, no hatch.

Hi,

This is my first time incubating eggs. I started with 7 eggs, I'm sadly down to the last one. Movement has been regular throughout. The shell has cracks on the end ( sack end) this appeared almost 48 hours ago. But when candling the egg now there is no movement anymore.
There's no progress in the shell breaking either. It's now day 35! What should I do please?

I'd pull it out and candle it. Take some pictures and upload them here. After we see the pictures we can advise better about the next steps. Sorry..
