Welsh Harlequin with swollen foot, can barely walk.

She seems better, the swelling seems down some and she certainly had enough energy today to run all over the place trying to evade capture, well enough also to put up one heck of a fight resulting in me wearing duck poop neck to waist tonight. changed dressing tonight as per Drs orders. Pictures below. Also poked my broody runner off her nest under the duck house and removed 10 eggs. Gotta put some chicken wire underneath there to keep her out.

That looks much better. Good job.
Nothing like wearing duck poop:sick

they can manage to get into the smallest places. I think the hose and hardware cloth are my 2 best friends. And hey that wrap job on her foot is awesome!!

so after several weeks, and what seemed like a full recovery, Willow is back in gimp mode, I thought ugh, more Bumblefoot. she was walking very slowly to go to bed, she was the last to stand up when I came in to put them to bed, and when she walked her leg was sticking out to the side. I grabbed her on the way in, and brought her in and soaked her.. without looking, wasn't prepared so I held her while my wife got her an epsom salt bath ready. perhaps it was a bit warm, but beggars can't be choosers... especially while holding a duck. so I get all prepped for surgery, and I find nothing..absolutely nothing, her joints and feet felt kind of warm, but then I had just pulled her out of a warm 30 min soak. planning to put her and her buddy Violet in an enclosure tomorrow I felt her pads, her toes, her webs and her joints, nothing that stood out, the pads are soft without hard lumps, she wasn't abnormally freaking out with my manipulations, any ideas? something to look for? The spot on her toe gives me cause for concern, but it is on the left, the one she was using and i cant actually find a scab on it, it also is not seeming to bother her when i manipulated it.

Are you sure she didn't jump and land wrong? My ducks do that often enough.
Also, her foot looks really good compared to the to the other photos. The tiny spot might be something, but with as small as it is, I would just soak her in warm Epsom salt water.

I’m having a similar problem right now with my peckin. The thing is 6 months ago something similar happened but a week or two later she was fine. Now it’s been over a week and it hasn’t seemed to have gotten any better. Ive done the Epsom salt bath but I see no scab, no cut, no sore, so idk what to do now, do you think she broke something? Here are some pics
