Welsh Harlequin

Hi everyone!
I'm a new duck owner. I have a male Cayuga and a Welsh Harlequin. I am not sure if the Welsh Harlequin is a male or female.
What do you guys think?

Any other advice or tips you guys have on raising ducks... please share!

Coloring looks male to me. He should be old enough to tell by his quack at this stage. Is it low and raspy or loud and braying?

It sounds like a loud quack to me..

Also, do you how I could get him to like me? He's always so jumpy and skittish. My Cayuga is definitely a lot more friendly than he is. I've read that welsh Harlequins are normally very friendly and calm.

Sometimes when young, Ducks as teens act scared.....As they mature they settle down..........Each Ducks has their own personality........
