Welsh harlequins are a dual bread bird, especially good at laying, and very calm. They are a smaller breed and only get about 5 pounds, still, they can’t fly. No, with this particular breed I can sex them by their beak color with about 90% accuracy.

Are they silver? I’ve been searching for females, seems like most hatcheries are sold out. I’ve just lost my two this morning to some predator.

Our flock has both silver and gold, but it’s hard to tell when they’re small which one they are.
