Ok, I know these guys can be generally sexed by pattern. I want to confirm what I think I have. So, I have 3 welsummer (day old) chicks and 1 EE (who looks a lot like wellies at this point!).
What do you think (pattern)?

Congrats on the babies! Sorry, I don't really know. Your EE will grow red comb and wattles early if a roo.

I think wellie females have a more distinctive "V" on their heads, while males have the same, but not quite as defined. I could be completely wrong.

Don't know if this helps or not, but here is my wellie as a babe:

ETA: And here is a pic of my wellie next to some EEs, if that helps. I think the main difference is the "V" is more irregular in the EEs, plus the EEs also have more dark markings on the face, while the wellie (far right) basically just has the "eyeliner".

It's not 100% and it varies by bloodline. Do you have a shot of their eye's also? From head markings alone, I'll say one girl (#2) and 2 boys.

As soon as their chests feather in you'll know for sure. Boys feather in black and red on their chests, and girls feather in salmon on their chests. Here's wellies at 4 weeks showing the difference - cockeral front, pullet back.

I agree with Happy Chooks, not 100% accurate on sex but it won't hurt to try!

I'll take a guess, all three "Welsummers" are males while the EE looks more female. Chick #2 could go either way because of its markings.

I was thinking 2 girls and a boy, but perhaps it was more wishful thinking. I am just not seeing any 'eyeliner.' Thanks!
Here is one I thought was a girl.
