Welsummer??...I think not

This 4 week old “welsummer” has been feathering out VERY dark. I got her from a hatchery and she looked pretty normal as a fluffy chick, but now I’m thinking she has to be mixed with something. Thoughts? The 2nd photo shows a “real” welsummer on the left.

I’m pretty sure y’all are right. I think she must have been mixed in with the welsummers. No complaints here! I’ll take a photo when she’s all feathered out.

Oh, yes! That Barnevelder in the background is very proud to be mis-sexed. Doesn’t he look smug? I hoped for 1-2 Roos so no biggy.
