Welsummer Lines

I was just wondering what are the best Welsummer lines?

The reason I ask I am planning on starting over with my Welsummer flock. I have gotten some eggs from egg bid that they said their flock was from Channing Graham line. I hatched out 2 pullets and 5 roo's. So just wondering if these are good Birds

I'm not too sure you can evaluate a line without seeing the adults that produce what you're buying.

Many breeder names are used even when that breeder may have not had any input on the crosses used for the past several generations. In other words, lines that came from a good breeder may not be what they once were. Add in the fact that even good stock can produce bad birds and you quickly realize that you have to compare what you have to the standard and your goals to see if it stacks up. You are probably the only one who can answer that question.
