Welsummer - Pullet or Cockerel?

Hey everyone! I’m new to the forum; thanks for taking time to weigh in on my conundrum. I have 3 Welsummer chicks that hatched on 8/8/22. In these photos they’re 8 weeks old. Is this Welsummer chick (the one w/the large comb and wattles and black chest feathers who looks nothing like the other female Wellies in the photo) a hen or roo?
