at what age does the roos get their adult look? when can u tell pullets from roos by color? i have 2 i swear one is a roo but by color it looks more like a girl, however it has a bigger comb and is not laying or crowing that i know of. they r about 6-8mths old mabe, i can't remember when i hatched em. the girl just started laying about 2 weeks ago if that helps to tell their ages better.

i have set 3 of her eggs to check fertility just incase but they haven't been in the bator long enough to tell anything yet. i'm getting an egg every other day now, i'd think if they were both girls i'd find one every day or 2 at once but it is only ever just 1 egg in the nest. i'll try to get pics of them soon as possible but what is ur thoughts?? they were both hatched same day also. does anyone have pics or roos and pullets at roughly their age to help me know what i'm looking for, lol. these r my first ones for this breed.
thanks!!
