Update.... I am really getting this chicken math thing down. Went to the store for 3 chicks and got six in the beginning. Lost one after a few days (she was a pasty butt that I seemed to have solved, but she just didn't grow....so sad). Went to the feed store down the road because my bag of organic feed came in and left with four more chicks... 2 spotted sussex and two mottled java. I knew you all would understand.

Officially a chicken addict now....
