were can i keep my chickens?

after the peroid of being inside, i will need a place to put my chickens. we are building a goat/chicken house but there will be a time when they wont have a place to stay. so if anyone has an idea were to keep them for a couple weeks please give me an idea. im new to raising chickens im getting 6 hens and they just need a safe little housing unit for a short time till the coop is built

Dog kennel with a dog crate to sleep in so they can be safe from predators. That's what we used, worked out fine.
