What exactly does one DO at a Chicken Stock? Trade, buy, sell chickens? Cause I like all mine just fine and don't want any more right now, I don't think. I'm all for it, though, just to meet all you WV Chicks!

Usually one would be held at a Tractor Supply or maybe a festival or somewhere where we could buy/sell/trade or just come and have a look see while chit chattin about chickens!!!

...just an excuse to get together and feed the frenzy

Absolutely!! I would love to be part of it!!
I tried to put one together last year (in Harpers Ferry) but at the last moment, everyone sort of backed out.
Its tough getting a date that everyone will come.
Hope we can pull one off, I've got lots of stuff to trade, and, more importantly, would love to meet my BYC 'neighbors'!!!!!

There's a KOA right in Harpers Ferry, WV and it is a great place to vacation...google the town. It's a historic civil war era town with shops and restaurants. The potomac and Shenandoah rivers conect there and you can walk the tow path by the C&O Canal..It would be great to do early summer, I think. You also have the Charles Town Race Track a few miles down the road with live thoroughbred racing.

Done a little research on distances for everybody here, and around the W.V. area. Seneca Rock area might be a good place to have a Stock. Or even Elkins,W.V. Need to find a middle ground for everyone. Any input?
