JUST REMEMBER IN ORDER TO SELL IN WESTFORD YOU MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE AVICULTURE SOCIETY.
that said
If the turkeys continue to lay I will have Naragansettes and Buff Eggs,

Muffi
MaryAnns midget hen is sitting on 13 eggs, she went broody and should be hatching poults very soon.
and geesh what a grouch.
She is even beating up the tom if he dares get near that nest.
I am heading up there today to see if I can candle while she is out getting a bite to eat.

They hatched on May 5 and I got my first egg Dec 28. So almost 8 months.

Oh, sorta like chickens then! I love mine, they are allways talking!

I can't wait to see what you end up with after all the debate and wondering about their genders.

Yes that is right, it will start up again in September. You don't have to be a member to buy anything there, just if you want to sell.
Its easy enough to become a member, you can just sign up and pay your dues which if I remember correctly is around $15.00, you can buy a single membership or a family. I bought the family membership since my husband will sometimes go and sell any extra birds for me if I can't make a meeting and it also gives us two votes on any issues that come up in the club.
You can sign up by going to the website and getting the info there or go to one of the swaps and sign up there, they order the name tags early, I think they are in by October.
After the tailgate swap is over around that morning the club holds a meeting inside, sometimes we have guest speakers.
The kids absolutely LOVE going to the swaps, they spend all my money and we go home with things I didn't actually plan on buying.

Gypsy looked at them for me at the Milford swap and she seemed to think I had 2 Toms and one hen, so she marked the Toms and I ended up selling one of the Toms because I really just wanted a pair! They are so vocal that I cannot believe that they havent brought a herd of wild turleys onto the property! I put them out in a pen during the day and at night they are in my studio! I hope to be moving them to the coop some time this weekend but we have a huge burn pile in the middle of the fenced in chain link dog run that we need to burn first! Attached to that is my mini coop. It is small, but should house them just fine.

Oh, so I judged them right! I sold you a pair and then a tom!
