I have a bird with a perpetual wet bottom and belly, or at least she looks wet. No other symptoms. None of my other birds have been affected. Any ideas?

    Hi and welcome.
Perhaps a picture of what you are seeing will help. Have you touched the area that looks wet and, if so, does it feel wet? If it does feel wet, what does it smell like? How old is the bird?
