Hi all,
My new babies arrived yesterday and today I've noticed one of my babies seems to have a wet butt...all the time.
I've already pulled poo off the rears of two of them, I'm more than mildly paranoid about pasty-butt, and its fallen right off (I'm checking the whole crew 2-3x a day for it). One of my girls, one of the two biggest, seems to have a perpetually wet butt. She's the only one. I've not noticed diareah, but that doesn't mean that isn't what it is. I'm just afraid I'm missing something obvious. I seem to be able to see her vent(I'm like 99% sure, that self doubt is trying to convince me its not really her vent), its the area below her vent, and its almost syrup-y, her down stays moist.
All the other chicks are fine, and she seems to be acting fine, but once again, I'm being paranoid!!
So, any advice?
