Wet chicks in batter with piped eggs

I don't worry that much about opening incubator for a very quick removal. I haven't had any real trouble with shrink-wrapping as long as your quick and don't leave batter open for long periods.
Thank you very much!!
If you have any other questions Id be glad to help if I can.
i do have one more question. Thank you! Would the blood he got on the other chicks and un hatched eggs affect them in any way? I’ve decided to take the others out and put them in the brooder. They don’t seem to be drying ether.

It shouldn't especially this close to hatching eggs and chicks should be fine. What do you have in bottom of brooder?

I use old towels for a few days some use paper towels and sprinkle some of there chick starter on ground to get them pecking at it as soon as they are on there feet. It helps them get started much sooner than trying to find feed in feeder. And dip there beaks in there waterer to let them know were and what it is.

Hopefully everything is going well with your new hatchlings?
Yes the ones that hatched are doing well. The one with the sack didn’t make it. It was a horrible hatch rate. I have no idea what went wrong. I started with 24 eggs, 10 were not fertilized, some stopped developing at 7 days and a few more at 14 days. I had nine eggs go in to lockdown 4 hatched, one died (intestines), one was half out of the egg but didn’t fully make it, the others didn’t hatch, no movement nothing. So I have three cute little chicks. I wish I could pin point what went wrong though.
humidity was 25-35 (one day it jumped to 46 because someone put something on top of the vents)
Temp was 37.5 (jumped .3 ether end)
I candled at day 7&14 and air pockets seemed good.
Lockdown temp: 36 (this temp fluctuated a little more but stayed in the 36 sometimes went to 37)
Lockdown humidity: this was about 55 for the first day and I was able to get it to 60-65 after a day then it stayed steady.
from candling the left over eggs some looked like they stopped developing after day 14.
anyway, I may never know but I will be getting 10 more eggs to replace the ones that weren’t fertile. I’ll try again but I’m very hesitant now.
One thought is most of the silkie eggs didn’t make it and had the blood ring early and maybe that’s because the turner was too big for the smaller eggs and they bounced off the plastic when being rotated maybe. Doesn’t explain 5 chicks not making towards the end though.
