Wet ears & making a clicking sound

This morning my hen had wetness at her ears and was shaking her head making a clicking noise then would look like she was going to crow. What is wrong with her?

To clarify, there is a discharge from the ears? Have you flicked back the ear flap to look inside the ear holes to see what's in there? Swelling, the source of the wetness?

Have you inspected her throat for mucous and plaque-like lesions?

Have you checked her crop for over-fullness, hard lumps, or water balloon-like swelling?
