Ok I got the pictures, hopefully a little more clear. Two are Devs and one is Eddie, I wrote names on it.

Also, in the picture of Eddie’s, I think the yellow marks on the right are food...
I don't know if it's Canker or Wet Pox. @dawg53

Jim, she's run Copper Sulfate, Metronidazole and Ronidazole through these birds, what do you think the next step would be?

@Eddie12109 What product have you had the most success in your two birds? So far everything has been directed in treating Canker. If it's still persistent after all the treatments, then it has to be wet pox. There isnt any treatment for wet pox.
I would say the metronidazole was the best, but the copper was very helpful too. Both were able to help get rid of some of the lesions but new lesions also formed.

I'd try the Acidified Copper first. What I usually do is get a 1 gallon water jug, put in 1/4 teaspoon of the Copper and fill with 1 gallon of water. I also add 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar to make it palatable, the Copper is bitter and they can refuse to drink it. Mix up the jug each time before using and pour some into a quart waterer each day. This mix should last several days. Use this as sole drinking water for 10 days. You will need to use probiotics after treatment as the Copper will kill off all good bacteria and digestive yeasts from beak to vent.
Can you link the specific product you use?
