Wet silkie and cooler temps

Hello. I have a silkie rooster who has been enjoying himself in the rain all day and is totally drenched. It's supposed to be 11 degrees Celsius this evening. Is that too cold for him to be outside at night? Do I need to blow dry him or bring him inside? Thank you
